The Trampe bicycle lift
(Norwegian: Sykkelheisen Trampe) is the first bicycle
lift in the world. The prototype was built in 1993 in
Trondheim. The lift can transport a maximum of 300 cyclist
per hour and five cyclists can take the lift simultaneously.
